We ensure that:

    • You get the right expert for your case through our file triage service;
    • The referral information is complete and the assessment is booked and confirmed with all parties;
    • The appointment proceeds and is completed efficiently;
    • Any post-assessment telephone calls between the referral source and medical expert are arranged and completed in a timely manner;
    • That the report is finalized and delivered to the referral source in accordance with their deadlines;
    • Any other follow-up services required on the file are provided as needed.

How to Book an Assessment

Regardless of how you book your assessment our referral process ensures that you're supported every step of the way:

Following the delivery of your IME report you we will assist with setting subsequent services like diagnostic testing, other IMEs and more as needed.
You will receive your IME report in a timely manner. First it will go through our industry leading 6 stage Quality Assurance process screening everything from grammatical and spelling errors to clinical inconsistencies.
Following the assessment we will contact you about setting up a telephone call with the assessor (if requested) to discuss the case. This is where we will determine whether you would like to order a written report, order new records, send the examinee for further testing or whether you would like the assessor to close the file.
Send us your case details and we will conduct a complimentary file triage to ensure you are getting the right experts for your unique case needs
Following your selection of an appropriate assessor we will send you (and the examinee if requested) confirmation letters of the IME service along with any other relevant details
We will send the examinee reminders (if requested) of their appointment and provide further details on location, time and what to expect.
